These Terms & Conditions regulate all website access, online inquiry, quotation and potential purchase cooperation between site visitors and Linyi Yuchuan Energy Co., Ltd. All users shall accept the following terms before using our website service.

All texts, product photos, factory images, technical parameters and logos on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Yuchuan Energy. Any unauthorized reproduction, download or commercial use without our written approval is prohibited. Our main products cover customized CATL-cell lithium batteries for electric tricycles & motorcycles, camping portable power stations, off-grid solar storage kits with matching PV panels and inverters, as well as traction batteries for lawn equipment and engineering machinery.

All quotations offered by our sales team remain valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted. Quotation content is not legally binding until both sides confirm and sign formal Proforma Invoice (PI) and the buyer arranges deposit payment. Product parameters on the site are for reference only; final specifications shall follow the signed PI.

Users are forbidden to send spam emails, launch malicious network attacks or forge our certifications and product data for illegal transactions. We reserve the right to block access of violating users.

Detailed payment terms, production lead time, freight cost and warranty clauses are confirmed on formal PI rather than website general introduction.

Any disputes arising from website access or subsequent orders shall be settled via negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the local People’s Court in Linyi, Shandong Province, China under relevant Chinese commercial laws.

We retain the right to adjust these terms periodically, and revised clauses take effect once published on this page.
